All appointments require a 50% deposit to schedule. This deposit is refundable with a 72 hour notice of cancellation prior to the appointment. If a 72 hour notice of cancellation is not provided prior to the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and another deposit must be placed when rebooking. 

Appointments created online will require a deposit at the time of booking. The system will prompt debit or credit card information to be inputted when checking out.

For appointments created over the phone or in person, an email will be sent with a Paypal and Venmo link to leave a deposit. Please follow the instructions provided in the email. A deposit must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.

Late Policy

Being more than 15 minutes late without notification may result in cancellation and a $25 cancellation fee. To notify the stylist please call (909) 612-4295. Please be aware of construction, road blocks, traffic, and weather conditions on your route to the salon and plan accordingly.



If you have questions before booking an appointment, it's best to book a free 15 minute consultation. (Please Note: Consultations longer than 15 minutes, will be considered a Comprehensive Consulation and will be charged $50) . This will ensure that we can address your concerns prior to your booked appointment, and then make the most out of the time you are paying for.

At the stylist's discretion appointments scheduled outside of business hours may be subject to a $50 convenience fee.

From time to time, the stylist may be delayed. Sometimes unexpected situations occur during a treatment or a service that may cause the stylist to take longer than expected. Please know that our goal is to ensure that we are offering our clients the best service possible.
